Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping at Thread and Sole. We take pride in the quality of our products and your satisfaction is important to us.

🛍️ Returns

We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return under the following conditions:

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact.

  • Returns will only be accepted for:

    • Wrong product delivered

    • Size mismatch (only exchange available)

    • Damaged or defective items

Please note: Returns are not accepted for discounted or sale items unless they are damaged.

🔁 Exchanges

We allow size exchanges for apparel if the item is unused and all tags are intact. Please email us within 7 days of receiving your order.
The customer is responsible for the shipping cost of returning the item.

💸 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

Note: Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

  • We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item shows signs of use or damage not caused by us.

  • Any product returned without proper request or approval will not be accepted.
